Terms of Service
Effective 2026-10-04.
These terms are an agreement between you and Bi Dev Lab for using Bi Train. By creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
1. Bi Train is guidance, not medical advice
Bi Train suggests training loads, volumes and recovery adjustments from the data you log. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Check with a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a heart, joint or other health condition. Stop and seek help if something hurts. You decide what you lift; training involves a risk of injury, and you accept that risk.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16. Keep access to your email account secure, since sign-in codes go there. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at bidevlab@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. The free trial, Bi Train Pro and Bi Train Premium
Trial: every new account gets 3 days of Bi Train Pro free, once. The trial doesn’t require a card and ends by itself. After it, without a subscription, your account is read-only: you can still sign in, look back at your history, export it or delete your account, but not log new workouts or food or use Coach.
Bi Train Pro and Bi Train Premium are subscriptions bought in the Bi Train app through the App Store or Google Play, monthly or yearly, at the price the store shows in your currency before you confirm (in the US about $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year for Pro, and $24.99 a month or $249.99 a year for Premium). Pro includes 4 AI meal logs and 5 Coach answers a day and the last 30 days of history; Premium has no daily limits, your whole history and Maria’s meal plans. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Your plan works on the website too when you sign in with the same account.
Renewal and cancellation: a subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings (the app links there); Pro stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your Bi Train account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in the store too.
We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Coach and AI features
Coach and some insight wording are generated by AI from your training data. We check that every number it quotes comes from your data, but it can still be wrong or incomplete. Treat it like advice from a knowledgeable training partner, not a professional assessment.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Bi Train: no attempts to access other people’s data, to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, to scrape it, or to use Coach to produce unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your content
Your training data is yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process it to run Bi Train for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time from Profile.
7. Our service
Bi Train, its software, design and content belong to us. We work to keep it available and accurate but provide it “as is”, and we may change features over time. If we discontinue Bi Train we will give you notice and a way to export your data.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Bi Train in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Bi Train and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Changes and law
If we change these terms materially we’ll tell you in the app before the change applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the competent courts in Israel. This doesn’t take away the mandatory consumer protections, or the right to bring a claim in your own country’s courts, that the law where you live gives you. Questions: bidevlab@gmail.com.
